Back by popular demand, we have started airing the “Lady Boy” and “Losing Lincoln” TV ads promoting our world-leading Yahoo! Mail features.
“Lady Boy” follows the plight of an Australian man who faces marital issues due to an unexpected spam email. “Losing Lincoln” demonstrates how a full inbox can lead to an empty, lonely life.
The ads will run across Channel Seven and the Yahoo!7 network and are all about being cheeky and fun. They show everyday Australians facing some life challenges as a result of having an inferior web mail product. We got such great feedback about this campaign from people both here in Australia, and internationally, that we thought it was too good to stay sitting in the top drawer.
